Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who register and use services on the SafeeBot.az platform. By registering, the user is deemed to have accepted all terms stated in this document:

1. Registration and user information

  • The user is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the information provided during registration.
  • The legal and technical responsibility resulting from incorrect information lies with the user.
  • Along with registration, the user is deemed to have accepted the 'Privacy Policy' and 'Explicit Consent' terms provided for processing personal information.

2. Rules regarding minors

  • Persons under 18 years of age can only use the platform with parental permission.
  • Responsibility resulting from unauthorized use of a family member's card belongs to the user. The platform is not responsible for such cases.

3. Payment rules

  • Payments are only accepted through official accounts and payment channels indicated by SafeeBot.Az.
  • The platform is not responsible for payments made to third parties.

4. Returns and replacements

  • According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Protection of Consumer Rights, digital services provided immediately and products for which costs are incurred after the order are non-refundable.
  • The consumer's 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital products.
  • The provided services are online delivery of digital content and are not considered physical products.
  • For this reason, return and exchange rules are applied in accordance with the provisions related to digital content of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

5. Security and fraud prevention

  • The platform is not responsible for correspondence and purchases conducted through communication means not indicated by SafeeBot.Az.
  • If fake receipts, fraud, account theft, or modification of third-party information are detected, the user will be permanently blocked from the platform.
  • Information can be provided to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

6. Customer obligations

  • The user must keep account information confidential.
  • Responsibility resulting from sharing the account with third parties belongs to the user.
  • If any fraud or violation is detected on the platform, the user is immediately blocked.

7. Entry into force of the rules

  • These rules enter into force from the moment the user registers, and the user is obliged to comply with these terms.
